What you will do
- Serve as the primary operational partner for Business Development Representative (BDR) leadership and Marketing Operations, capturing their lead handling and campaign tracking requirements.
- Support stakeholders and leadership in making informed decisions about system changes by analyzing options and outlining pros and cons.
- Maintain the project backlog for the Lead to Opportunity domain, ensuring user stories are clear, prioritized, and ready for development.
- Map out current process flows for lead ingestion, scoring, routing, and conversion, identifying gaps and proposing efficient solutions.
- Define requirements by writing clear user stories for system enhancements impacting the top of the funnel (e.g., Salesforce lead objects, Sales Engagement platforms).
- Organize and support system demos and training for BDRs and validate lead routing logic and system triggers before deployment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in Sales/Marketing Operations, with a focus on Lead-to-Opportunity, Demand Gen, or BDR processes.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce and related sales technologies, comfortable navigating lead conversion paths and basic routing logic.
- Strong analytical skills to capture process flows, identify inefficiencies, and document detailed requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain system concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business needs to technical teams.
- Work in Lisbon, Portugal, with a hybrid setup.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with high-growth SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g., Gong, Outreach, SalesLoft).
- Exposure to Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and how they integrate with CRMs.
- Experience with Lead Routing tools (e.g., LeanData).
