Senior Business Analyst

What you will do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, analyze, and scope new work.
• Support team members in problem-solving activities to remove blockers.
• Communicate how requirements align with business needs and overarching goals to the development team.
• Orchestrate collaboration within the team and externally with business stakeholders.
• Monitor, track, and communicate project progress and issues, maintaining information in Jira.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Shanghai office in China.
• Ability to quickly gain context of your product and user space within the program landscape.
• Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative team player.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering software using Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in facilitating groups to achieve defined goals and outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate concepts from technical and functional business perspectives.
• Outstanding analytical ability to solve complex problems.
