TL;DR

Partner Inside Sales Manager (AI): Manages a portfolio of 30-50 partners, driving pipeline, bookings, and AI attach through a data-driven operating model augmented by AI. Focus on standardizing plays, automating routine work, and scaling enablement for partners to source, progress, and close opportunities faster.

Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain, with 10-20% travel.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of 30-50 partners, driving pipeline, bookings, and AI attach.
  • Run an industrial partner operating system with regular cadences and scorecards.
  • Develop and publish AI-assisted enablement packs and run live sessions for partners.
  • Perform territory and account mapping to identify whitespace and co-sell routes.
  • Generate partner pipe packs and launch digital + field campaigns.
  • Enforce mutual close plans and conduct weekly forecast reviews to drive deal economics.
  • Utilize generative AI for drafting content, summarizing notes, and building dashboards to increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience in Partner/Channel Management, Sales, Digital GTM (SaaS preferred), or BDR.
  • Proven ability to create partner pipeline and influence bookings at scale.
  • Data fluency, capable of building and interpreting dashboards and funnels.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tooling for automation (e.g., Copilot/ChatGPT).
  • Strong operational rigor, communication, program management, and storytelling skills.
  • Languages: English: B2 required; French: required; Spanish or Italian: required.
