What you will do

• Define and lead our SEO & GEO strategy.
• Position hirify.global as the go‑to expert for regulated use cases and fraud prevention.
• Develop a robust, insight‑driven analytics ecosystem.
• Build and deliver a UX/CRO roadmap to improve user experience and conversions.
• Design new journeys and pages supporting marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in SEO (technical, semantic, business), ideally in B2B.
• Strong analytics capabilities (GA4, GTM, SEO tools).
• Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms (ideally WordPress).
• Fluent in English and German.
• Strong analytical mindset and sense of prioritisation.
