Junior Communications & Content Manager (Medtech)

Location: Must be able to regularly be present in our Berlin and/or Potsdam office (Hybrid role).

What you will do

• Create and edit content across social media, web channels, press releases, and outreach kits.
• Manage website content and layout updates using CMS (Kirby).
• Collaborate on visual and audiovisual storytelling, including video scripts, storyboards, and graphic assets.
• Support email campaigns and the production of webcasts and short-form video updates.
• Track and report on channel performance using SEO and engagement analytics.
• Coordinate communication efforts for flagship programs like the Research Credits Program.

Requirements

• Degree or hands-on experience in communications, journalism, media design, or science communication.
• Initial experience in content creation, editorial work, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop or Express).
• Strong writing skills in English.
• Must be able to regularly attend the Berlin and/or Potsdam office.
• Curiosity for web platforms and CMS tools.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in digital health, open infrastructure, or science-focused communications.
• Familiarity with Kirby CMS or WordPress.
• German language proficiency.
