What you will do
- Write and edit cross-channel content across various formats, including LinkedIn posts, web copy, articles, and newsletters.
- Create and adapt visuals using Adobe Creative Cloud tools and contribute ideas for new formats like carousels and motion graphics.
- Manage website content and optimize layout, navigation, and accessibility, coordinating translations for international audiences.
- Support social media planning and scheduling for LinkedIn and Instagram, ensuring visual consistency and tone of voice.
- Plan, produce, and edit short-form and long-form video content (webcasts, interviews, explainers) using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Support photography and basic film production for events and internal projects, ensuring high-quality content editing and narrative coherence.
- Prepare and test email campaigns, support webcast production, and repurpose content across different platforms.
- Help shape communication around programs, collaborating with product, science, and partnership teams to surface stories.
- Set up and maintain performance tracking across key communication channels, including Meta Pixel, Matomo, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Monitor and summarize platform performance, using LinkedIn Analytics to evaluate and optimize content formats, and contribute to reporting.
Requirements
- Degree or hands-on experience in communication, journalism, media design, science communication, or public health.
- Initial experience in content creation, editorial work, or digital marketing.
- Prior experience in digital health, open infrastructure, and communication for science.
- Strong writing skills in English.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop or Express).
- Curiosity for web platforms and CMS (Kirby or WordPress).
- Structured, self-motivated, and collaborative way of working.
Nice to have
- German language skills.
- Experience with Kirby CMS.
