What you will do
- Lead the global Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, and Content strategy, connecting insights and messaging through launch and scale-up in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Empower senior experts in Product Marketing, Content, Rollout, and Project Management to translate the product roadmap into clear, scalable launch plans.
- Lead a unified Go-to-Market team, fostering a shared vision and developing individual contributors across Content, Product Marketing, Rollout, and Brand Asset & Project Management.
- Guide the team in building buyer and influencer personas and strengthening insights into customer needs, procurement behaviors, trends, and competition.
- Own and guide the value proposition, messaging architecture, use cases, and overarching content strategy to ensure high-quality content across various channels.
- Oversee and validate scalable launch frameworks and rollout kits, ensuring close collaboration with local marketing and other teams for consistent activation.
Requirements
- Significant experience in product marketing and go-to-market roles in B2B and/or B2G SaaS or platform businesses, with a track record of taking products to market and understanding the end-to-end process.
- Proven leadership experience in developing teams, acting as a credible and visible leader who communicates openly and sets clear direction.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and countries, engaging confidently with senior leadership and building strong partnerships.
- Strong analytical and research skills, comfortable with KPIs, funnel metrics, and financial assumptions, with a focus on outcomes.
- A growth mindset, passion for understanding customers and markets, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders under pressure.
- Excellent English proficiency and good German skills.
