What you will do

• Take full ownership of high-budget influencer marketing campaigns and execute strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, product, support, and marketing teams to align priorities.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.
• Lead growth across paid channels (Meta, Google) and expand organic presence (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat).
• Build and manage relationships with agencies and creators.
• Plan and coordinate multi-market campaigns, including TV and digital activations.
• Innovate and scale influencer marketing efforts by testing new approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or performance marketing.
• Strong negotiation skills for influencer partnerships.
• Deep expertise in influencer marketing and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills, proficient with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Fluent in German and English.
