What you will do

• Own product roadmap for AI-driven search and Agentic workflows.
• Design and implement AI evaluation frameworks to measure model performance.
• Lead user discovery initiatives, conducting interviews and usability studies.
• Establish continuous feedback loops integrating user insights and A/B testing.
• Drive end-to-end product development from strategy to launch.
• Define KPIs, analyze usage data, and optimize product performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a matrixed, global organization.
• Proven track record of building successful, large-scale client-facing products in finance or technology.
• Expertise in Search technologies, personalization, and recommendation algorithms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications and modern experimentation frameworks.
• Deep understanding of financial industry workflows and customer problems.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across engineering, data science, and business teams.
