Location: Hybrid (Cardiff, UK) – 2 days in office per month required.

Salary: Circa £50,000 per annum

What you will do

• Champion user needs and business goals by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Gather and synthesize insights from user feedback, research, market trends, and technology capabilities.
• Define and drive product strategy and roadmaps for your portfolio.
• Translate vision into clear, actionable product requirements and communicate them effectively.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and UX Design to build and launch valuable solutions.
• Continuously monitor the education and edtech landscape for emerging innovations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, ideally in enterprise B2B or B2B2C environments.
• Fluency in agile, iterative delivery, balancing discovery with execution.
• Track record of working seamlessly with software engineers, UX designers, and business leaders.
• Data-informed and insight-driven approach to shaping roadmaps and measuring success.
• Deep care for user experience and grounded in UX design principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language required.
