What you will do

• Serve as the technical interface for key client stakeholders, including external Software Engineers and internal teams.
• Drive the technical integration lifecycle from scope analysis and solution design through UAT and post-launch optimisation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges involving data mapping, latency, and system compatibility.
• Interface between the client’s engineering team and internal developers, translating requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Analyze system performance, identify integration bottlenecks, and propose data-driven improvements using internal logging/monitoring tools.

Requirements

• 3-5 years hands-on experience in a Technical Project Manager or Integration Consultant role managing client projects.
• Prior experience with Fintech, E-commerce, or Payments is essential.
• Strong proficiency with RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and JSON/XML data structures.
• Must be able to read, write, and test payloads using tools like Postman or Insomnia.
• Proven ability to read and interpret code/scripts to understand integration logic.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Jira for tracking and managing project tasks.
• Experience with OpenSearch, LogicMonitor, or other industry standard monitoring tools.
• Other languages are a strong plus.
