TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (SaaS): Shaping and growing long-term customer relationships and driving commercial impact by identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions with an accent on account expansion, up-selling, and cross-selling. Focus on managing a strategic portfolio, preventing churn, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany. Relocation support is provided for candidates moving to Berlin.

Salary: €65,000–€100,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts as the main point of contact.
  • Identify customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
  • Drive account expansion through proactive up- and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Lead consultative conversations and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasts, and opportunities using Hubspot.
  • Proactively prevent churn through strong stakeholder engagement and account strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success with a strong commercial focus, ideally in SaaS or Tech.
  • Proven track record in account growth and measurable revenue impact.
  • Sales drive with confidence in spotting opportunities, closing deals, and expanding accounts.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English.
  • Proactive, structured, and independent working style with ownership.
  • Customer-centric mindset to turn business challenges into solutions.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French.
  • Experience in HR Tech or similar B2B environments.
