What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts as the main point of contact.
- Identify customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Drive account expansion through proactive up- and cross-selling opportunities.
- Lead consultative conversations and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Manage pipeline, forecasts, and opportunities using Hubspot.
- Proactively prevent churn through strong stakeholder engagement and account strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success with a strong commercial focus, ideally in SaaS or Tech.
- Proven track record in account growth and measurable revenue impact.
- Sales drive with confidence in spotting opportunities, closing deals, and expanding accounts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Proactive, structured, and independent working style with ownership.
- Customer-centric mindset to turn business challenges into solutions.

- Fluency in French.
- Experience in HR Tech or similar B2B environments.
