TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Hürth, Germany (near Cologne), with required office attendance approximately 8 days per month. The role offers 20 days per year for working from anywhere.

What you will do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential clients and qualify leads through various channels.
  • Research target companies and decision-makers to create strategic lead generation approaches.
  • Engage in consultative conversations with prospects to understand business needs and align them with legal software offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and product demonstrations for qualified leads.
  • Plan and execute digital and on-site events.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and prospecting activities.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual quotas for lead generation and qualified opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Fluency in German & English, verbal and written, is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with an appetite for calls/conversations with decision-makers and C-level executives.
  • Growth mindset, receptive to coaching and valuing feedback for professional growth.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter mentality, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Creativity, curiosity, adaptability, organization, and perseverance.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in lead management in sales or an agency.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, Outreach, La Growth Machine, Lemlist, Canva, and other automation tools.
