What you will do
- Provide technical expertise in pre-sales and early implementation phases, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams.
- Design solutions aligning business goals with technical capabilities and regulatory considerations.
- Contribute to high-quality documentation, reference architectures, and reusable assets to aid scaling.
- Advise technical teams on integrations, data flows, and sequencing, and support complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Help steer implementation and hyper-care, acting as an escalation point for complex design or integration issues.
- Capture customer insights and translate them into feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing and explaining API-driven solutions (RESTful services, authentication patterns, data flows).
- Hands-on familiarity with API design, testing, and debugging tools like Postman, Apache JMeter, OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, browser developer tools, and cURL.
- Experience working with data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV, including data transformation using technologies like Dataweave, Javascript-based transformations, or JSONata.
- Familiarity with event-driven and messaging concepts (e.g., queues, pub/sub patterns, event streaming).
- Experience with API mocking tools and creating architecture diagrams and technical documentation using tools like Lucidchart or draw.io.
- Comfortable working with cloud-based architectures and discussing concepts such as scalability, security, and reliability.
