What you will do

• Partner with client marketing and brand teams for shopper marketing campaigns.
• Oversee projects from intake to invoice, managing communication between client, design studio, and production partners.
• Lead project kick-offs, client status meetings, and internal briefings.
• Write briefs and ensure creative alignment with brand guidelines.
• Provide estimates, track budgets, and generate monthly invoices.
• Multi-task and problem-solve while collaborating with broader teams.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in agency client service and project management across creative ideation, print design, digital advertising, OOH, and photo/video content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Design.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote.
• Proficiency with project management platforms like Workfront, Monday, Asana.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strict attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Thorough understanding of creative and production processes for print/digital/video shopper marketing.
• Experience in quoting, tracking, and reporting project-level revenue and budget.
• Experience working in a matrixed, client-embedded environment.
