TL;DR

Strategic Initiatives & Client Operations Analyst (Fintech): Driving the translation of strategic priorities into projects and change management initiatives within a global SaaS business with an accent on improving GTM team operations and overall business functions. Focus on operationalizing complex projects, analyzing data for growth opportunities, and building cross-functional collaboration.

Location: New York, NY. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $75,000–$117,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do

  • Support transformational, cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Analyze sales, project, and other data to provide insights to leadership.
  • Build and document GTM processes, acting as a steward for change management.
  • Take ownership of projects, managing plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in organizational processes and optimize results with GTM leaders.
  • Enable decision-making and communications for GTM leadership.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in consulting or strategy and operations roles.
  • Proven track record of project management and planning skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Effective and efficient communication, capable of building bridges across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
