Location: Hybrid in Honolulu, Hawaii. Must be authorized to work in the United States for this position. This role primarily supports clients across Hawaii, the APAC region, and the U.S. West Coast, reporting to a manager in Denver, Colorado.

Salary: $66,323–$99,480, plus 10% bonus potential

What you will do

• Develop and manage detailed project plans for complex website builds, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Translate sophisticated client business needs into actionable technical direction and website best practices.
• Lead client and internal meetings, guiding discussions on complex decisions and explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows (Web Content, SEO, Commercial Teams) for scope and timeline alignment.
• Manage feedback loops, synthesizing multiple client inputs towards user experience and technical feasibility.
• Implement quality control measures for websites before launch and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Two years of client-facing experience.
• Familiarity with website content management systems and basic understanding of website structure.
• Grasp of SEO best practices and fundamentals.
• Expert customer service, exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and work effectively independently and in a team.
• Competency in Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
