TL;DR

Project Manager (Gaming): Orchestrating the seamless execution of various projects and initiatives for the Xbox Programming and Events team with an accent on process and organizational excellence. Focus on coordinating meetings, managing schedules, refining workflows, and ensuring effective communication among all project stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid-WA (Greater Seattle Area - King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties). Requires coming on-site a couple of days a week.

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 annually.

What you will do

• Collaborate with EPs and leads to manage meeting agendas, scheduling, notes, and communications.
• Facilitate information flow and alignment across Premier Broadcasts.
• Utilize project management tools like Asana and Microsoft 365 for consistent data.
• Build and update show documentation, trackers, and Teams sites.
• Develop project workback schedules and track deliveries/deadlines.
• Track partner and cross-team approvals for broadcast elements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within entertainment, media, or gaming.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and project management tools.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in the Greater Seattle Area (King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties), Washington, coming on-site a couple days a week.
