What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end creative campaign pipeline for Hasbro’s Digital Games portfolio, supporting multiple titles and launches.
• Coordinate with internal marketing teams, studio partners, and external vendors to align strategies, priorities, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between the Global Marketing Creative team, Global Marketing team, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain efficient workflows tailored to the unique needs of digital games campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics such as milestone adherence and resource allocation.
• Implement best practices for project tracking, asset management, and campaign reporting.

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years’ in-house or agency experience in creative project management, creative operations, production or traffic management.
• Familiarity with digital gaming, creative campaign production, and studio collaboration.
• Strong ability to maintain focus under pressure and expect high standards for work output.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of projects or brands, with accountability for KPI tracking, reporting, and operational performance.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management abilities.
• Experience with project management systems (Workfront or similar) preferred.
