Salary: $102,000–$138,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead project management for hirify.global’s most complex cross-functional projects, including product launches, global expansion, and M&A.
• Develop project plans aligned with hirify.global’s strategic vision and goals in collaboration with functional leaders.
• Facilitate needs assessments and task scoping, continually validating assumptions with workstream leaders.
• Track project progress, remove barriers, and manage blockers to enable timely task completion.
• Identify and highlight dependencies, facilitating cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Design best practice processes, procedures, and structures for communication, implementation, and monitoring.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in project management, business, research, leadership, or software development.
• PMP certification is essential.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management or adjacent disciplines within a fast-growing SaaS/tech company.
• Experience conducting needs assessments, scoping project tasks, deliverables, and creating roadmaps.
• Experience facilitating workshops with groups and coaching individuals.
• Demonstrated keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.
