What you will do
- Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with key DSP decision-makers, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships with leading DSPs to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding client business needs, developing account plans, and running QBRs.
- Lead and mentor a team of DSP business managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee the Engagement team dedicated to fostering a healthy marketplace with each DSP, owning team revenue numbers and reporting.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to craft Go-To-Market strategies for new offerings to DSPs.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in partnership management within the advertising technology industry.
- 7+ years of programmatic experience working with Demand Side Platforms, Supply Side Platforms, exchanges, or related technology.
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing high-impact partnerships with DSPs.
- Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and DSP technology.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
