Senior Partner Manager, Agencies (SaaS): Driving growth through a network of creative professionals and agencies by supporting 's move upmarket via strategically aligned agency partners. Focus on developing ambitious business plans, collaborating on lead generation and sales strategies, and co-developing solutions for complex client needs.
Location: Can work remote from an approved US State or hybrid from NYC Headquarters office.
Salary: $115,500 - $203,550 USD

What you will do
- Manage long-term relationships with high-value and high-potential agency partners to bring upmarket customers to .
- Support agency partners’ business growth through go-to-market strategies, target market definition, and sales/marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with ’s Sales team to accelerate pipeline and mobilize internal resources for co-selling opportunities.
- Facilitate collaboration between partners and on solutions for complex client needs and socialize product solutions.
- Empower agencies with training resources and enablement materials to win deals and run successful projects.
- Capture channel partner feedback and market insights for internal dissemination and report on aggregated business metrics.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, customer success, or agency/consultancy-facing roles within SaaS, commerce, or marketing technology.
- Experience working with creative, marketing, or technical service providers for SMB or Mid-Market clients.
- Proven success in building and scaling partner relationships that drive revenue and long-term growth.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and skilled at creating structure and repeatable processes.
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings, events, and conferences.
- English: B2 required.

- Familiarity with or adjacent platforms (Shopify, Wordpress, HubSpot, Wix, Meta, Google).
- Existing commerce agency network or relationships.
- Experience working with agency partnerships at scale.
