What you will do
- Act as the main point of contact for key customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Support and develop existing client partnerships, tracking performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities.
- Help customers optimize their monetization strategies using BidMachine's Exchange and expertise.
- Develop tailored growth plans for assigned partners based on key KPIs such as UA, Monetization, and Product metrics.
- Conduct online sessions with clients to educate them on best practices in mobile monetization and programmatic advertising.
- Analyze customer data and prepare reports on key performance indicators, predicting trends and tracking client success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Business Development, Account Management, or Sales.
- Strong understanding of AdTech, programmatic advertising, and supply-side monetization.
- Experience working with DSPs, SSPs, and RTB technologies.
- Knowledge of key advertising metrics and their interpretation (e.g., CPM, Fill Rate, eCPM, ROAS, LTV).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
