What you will do

  • Own the North America strategy and commercial outcomes for a portfolio of global, enterprise customers.
  • Act as the senior executive partner to client stakeholders, including VP and C-level leaders.
  • Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and expansion strategy for assigned accounts.
  • Drive adoption of Smartly’s platform across creative, media, and intelligence use cases.
  • Lead and align internal teams across Client Partners, Solutions Engineering, Creative Services, Managed Services, and Sales.
  • Help customers evolve their internal workflows and operating models as they scale creative and media.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in ad-tech/mar-tech industries, with a proven track record of growing strategic accounts.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through platform expansion, not one-off sales.
  • Comfortable operating at the executive level, with strong presence, judgment, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including creative automation, media platforms, and measurement.
  • Experienced in cross-functional leadership and influencing without authority.
  • Highly organized, strategic, and resilient, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
