Account Executive (Adtech): Driving revenue and customer satisfaction by developing strategic client relationships and delivering customized digital advertising solutions on the hirify.global Advertising platform with an accent on Display, Native, CTV and Gaming solutions. Focus on influencing C-level executives, leading sales planning, and ensuring shared accountability for sales targets with the v-team.
Location: Redmond, United States. Starting January 26, 2026, hirify.global AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50- mile commute of a designated hirify.global office in the U.S. are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.
Salary: USD $107,600 – $187,500 per year.

What you will do
- Sell hirify.global’s media and buy-side technology products and will drive outcomes through a variety of transaction types (IO, PMPs) and technology platforms.
- Develop, lead and execute MSA sales strategy & priorities to enable client growth of existing and new products.
- Work to influence CMO and Chief Digital Marketing Stakeholders through Relationship Building as a compelling storyteller, leading with emotional intelligence, communicating with confidence and by effectively listening to identify clients’ end to end needs.
- Lead Sales planning with the Account v-team including achieving sales targets and increasing existing budgets while also opening new share of wallet opportunities with Audience ads and other incubations products and ensure shared accountability for sales targets with the v-team.
- Expand the client’s view of the importance of MSA products and concede negotiables in an order that ensures both parties feel they are winning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 8+ years experience in sales, advertising, or marketing with a focus on online media, or digital advertising OR equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in online media, digital advertising, or Search Engine Marketing Sales and Service experience.
- Experience making recommendations to mid- to senior- level executives.
- Experience in programmatic and direct media sales.
