What you will do
- Drive high-quality pipeline for hirify.global’s AI-first product suite, especially Cognigy’s conversational and generative AI capabilities.
- Identify, contact, and engage key decision-makers through multi-touch outreach (email, phone, social, video).
- Execute strategic outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up to maximize pipeline generation.
- Understand customer pain points and articulate how hirify.global + Cognigy deliver measurable value.
- Build high-quality discovery opportunities for Account Executives and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Continuously develop knowledge of AI, automation, CX technology, and competitive positioning in the DACH market.
Requirements
- Fluent German and strong English communication skills.
- Confident communicator, especially when engaging senior stakeholders.
- Strong curiosity and ability to uncover real needs through discovery.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and organized, with great time-management skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Driven by results and excited about working in an AI-driven sales environment.
