TL;DR

Sales Development (Storage): Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities and nurturing client relationships for enterprise storage solutions with an accent on account penetration, lead generation, and exceeding sales quotas. Focus on developing sales expertise, collaborating with field sales, and driving new business impact within a hyper-growth technology company.

Location: Munich, Germany. This is an office-centric hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in the office.

What you will do

  • Prospect to identify net new opportunities and set appointments for field counterparts.
  • Conduct deep understanding and research on key target accounts.
  • Work closely with Field Marketing to develop outbound call campaigns.
  • Help progress opportunities as needed and directed with field Account Executives.
  • Handle project upsells and renewals as needed, and qualify daily marketing generated leads.
  • Help drive attendance to scheduled partner events via email and/or calls.
  • Work with Account Executive field sales to identify sales targets and penetrate new accounts.
  • Communicate early and often with Marketing on strategy, lead generation, and lead programs.

Requirements

  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota and penetrating net-new accounts.
  • Ability to efficiently manage and prioritise various sales-related activities and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to clearly communicate hirify.global business value to varying roles in an IT organisation.
  • Excellent English and Swiss German as well as German verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and effective time management.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales, preferably storage.
  • BA/BS Degree or similar.
