What you will do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of immigration processes, including work passes, visas, renewals, and permanent residency applications in Singapore and APAC.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, HR teams, and external vendors on mobility matters.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local immigration laws and monitor policy changes to advise stakeholders.
  • Coordinate relocation services via external Relocation Management Companies (RMC) and manage benefits selection tools.
  • Audit vendor invoices for accuracy, reconcile errors, and maintain PO records.
  • Partner with legal counsel and government authorities to resolve complex immigration issues and develop global mobility policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in immigration or global mobility within an HR function.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore immigration laws and employment pass frameworks (Employment Pass, S Pass).
  • Proficiency in Workday (ATS), ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience managing cross-border employee mobility in a multinational environment.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. export control laws (EAR).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of immigration processes in other APAC countries.
  • Certification in Global Mobility (e.g., GMS, CRP).
  • Familiarity with tax and social security implications of international assignments.
  • Experience working with external immigration counsel and relocation vendors.
