What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment process from intake to hiring decisions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role expectations and priorities.
• Hire across tech, product, marketing, creative, and operations specializations.
• Proactively source and engage candidates, including senior and niche profiles.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience and clear communication throughout the process.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in product or tech companies.
• Proven experience hiring across different functions and seniority levels.
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and proactive outreach.
• Ability to leverage AI tools in recruitment for various process optimizations.
• Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with ATS and recruitment automation tools.
• English: B2 required.
