About the role
Primer is looking for a People Partner to support its Go-To-Market and central teams. This role sits at the intersection of People, Product, and Business, partnering closely with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Merchant Experience, Finance, and Operations.

You’ll apply product thinking to the employee lifecycle, designing scalable, user-centric people solutions in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.

What you’ll do
— Research employee and manager needs through continuous people product discovery
— Identify key pain points and translate insights into clear people roadmap priorities
— Design, build, and iterate people products (Career Frameworks, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Policies & Benefits)
— Launch people initiatives with clarity, context, and emotional connection
— Drive adoption through self-service tools, documentation, Looms, and targeted training
— Coach and advise managers and employees through complex or sensitive situations
— Partner with GTM and central leadership to improve engagement, retention, and time-to-ramp
— Influence key metrics including eNPS, retention, and employee lifecycle outcomes

What we’re looking for
— Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders in complex, fast-changing environments
— Strong end-to-end People/HR expertise across the full employee lifecycle
— Product-driven mindset with experience building scalable, user-centric people solutions
— Experience in high-growth, globally distributed or remote-first organisations
— Comfort balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
— Experience working with GTM or commercial teams is a plus
