What you will do

• Work as a strategic partner to executive leadership (Chief Design Officer, VP Marketing & Growth).
• Create and deliver a people plan that enables the Marketing, Growth, Design, and User Research strategy.
• Drive high performance, engagement, and healthy organizational design within your business area.
• Own and proactively iterate on the people life-cycle.
• Identify and surface trends in data to improve organizational health and drive change.
• Empower and coach managers to level up as leaders.

Requirements

• Experience building strong, trusting relationships at the executive level.
• Significant experience as a People Partner in a tech company.
• Prioritize inclusion in all actions.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience designing and delivering new ways of working.
• Comfortable analyzing data to make data-based decisions.
