The role
We’re looking for an HR Business Partner who genuinely cares about employee experience and engagement. This role is for someone energetic, practical, and people-oriented — someone who enjoys working closely with leaders and teams and turning ideas into visible, real impact.

What you’ll do
— Partner with leaders to translate business challenges into clear, practical people solutions
— Act as a trusted HR partner for managers and teams, providing real support beyond processes
— Design, launch, and drive employee engagement initiatives from idea to measurable impact
— Support teams through growth and change, helping employees stay connected and motivated
— Coach managers on team challenges, collaboration, and performance effectiveness
— Contribute to workforce planning and team capacity discussions
— Participate in people-related budgeting, including headcount and cost planning
— Support salary planning processes with a focus on fairness, transparency, and business alignment
— Provide actionable feedback and coaching to support development and performance
— Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and cross-functional partners to ensure a consistent employee experience

What we’re looking for
— Hands-on experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in tech, product, or engineering environments
— Previous experience in startups or scale-ups, with an understanding of fast growth and change
— Strong passion for employee engagement with fresh, creative ideas
— Ability to communicate in a clear, relatable, and human way
— Confidence working with managers and leaders in complex or sensitive situations
— Practical, proactive mindset with the ability to turn ideas into action
— Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
— Business-level English (additional languages are a plus)
