What you will do

• Serve as a strategic advisor, providing expert HR advice, guidance, and coaching to managers.
• Identify People issues and trends, working with stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions.
• Optimize day-to-day HR operations with central HR teams, focusing on customer centricity and automation.
• Lead performance management discussions and disciplinary procedures within your accounts.
• Contribute to the development of world-class HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in a regulated financial services and hypergrowth environment, like banking or fintech.
• Analytical thinking and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Extensive knowledge of local labour laws (Philippines).
• Demonstrable experience in reviewing and developing policies and procedures.
• English: C1+ (Fluent).

Nice to have

• Experience in a multinational company, adapting global policies to local nuances.
• Knowledge of testing and assessing internal controls, identifying compliance/risk.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to influence through communication.
