What you will do
- Lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Own opportunity-to-close conversion, deal velocity, and average deal size for the SMB segment.
- Ensure consistent execution of the sales funnel from SDR handoff through close.
- Conduct regular 1:1s focused on deal strategy, pipeline progression, and skill development, coaching reps on discovery, demos, and negotiation.
- Maintain deep knowledge of hirify.global’s products, pricing, and packaging to assist reps with live demos and deal strategy.
- Partner closely with SDR leadership, Sales Operations, Enablement, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing for alignment and feedback.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing quota-carrying sales teams (Inside Sales, SMB, or AE teams).
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience with a focus on closing.
- Proven ability to coach reps through short to mid-length sales cycles.
- Strong command of pipeline management, forecasting, and deal inspection.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with SDR, Ops, and Enablement teams.
Nice to have
- Experience selling fleet, logistics, telematics, or operational SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with established sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, BANT).
- Experience managing remote and in-office national sales teams.
