Salary: $150,000 USD base + $150,000 USD variable ($300,000 USD on-target-earnings)

What you will do
- Build and execute a territory plan for net-new logo accounts and expand existing customer relationships.
- Own the full sales cycle, consistently meeting and exceeding pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Understand hirify.global's Core Search products and align their value with prospect's engineering and business goals.
- Negotiate complex enterprise proposals and contracts, influencing the product roadmap with market insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Engineering, Product, Legal, and Engineering teams.
- Mentor and support new Account Executives, contributing to team elevation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS or software sales experience.
- 2+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Comfortable engaging with both individual contributors and VP/C-level executives.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills across all levels and personas.
- Passion for hirify.global's mission and belief in developer productivity.
Nice to have
- Experience selling developer or engineering-focused products.
- Familiarity with software development concepts, CI/CD, version control, or DevOps tooling.
- Experience managing complex multi-year contracts.
- Knowledge of security, licensing, and compliance requirements.
