TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (SaaS/HRTech/EdTech): Driving new business deals with prospects in organizations headquartered in North America, focusing on identifying opportunities, educating customers, and closing deals. Focus on building pipelines, engaging with key decision-makers, and providing feedback to the product team to influence enhancements.

Location: Hybrid in Santa Clara, CA

Salary: $200,000 to $250,000 per year (including base salary and incentive-based compensation)

What you will do

  • Drive outbound motion to identify and engage with customers needing hirify.global's Developer Skills Platform solutions.
  • Partner with the Growth Team to identify opportunities and generate demand with strategic prospects.
  • Educate customers on how SkillUp can help them scale technical skill-building.
  • Close deals and deliver revenue with urgency.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in Talent Acquisition, Engineering, HR, L&D, and technical leadership.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to influence the roadmap and enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, HRTech, or EdTech.
  • Proven success in an early-stage startup environment is an advantage.
  • Strong hunting and deal-closing skills with a track record of winning new business.
  • Experience selling to TA, HR, L&D, and technical leadership is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to adapt and iterate based on customer feedback.
