Account Executive (SaaS): Leading the acquisition of Mid-Market customers in the French Territory by developing and executing go-to-market strategies and managing the full sales cycle. Focus on converting high-potential prospects, strengthening cross-functional impact, and consistently surpassing revenue targets in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Location: Hybrid role, requiring work from our Paris office 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for your Mid-Market French territory.
• Lead the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Partner with Sales Development, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Shape and iterate our go-to-market approach for the French market.
• Deliver accurate pipeline insights to sales leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years as a quota-carrying AE in a high-performing SaaS sales environment.
• Confident communicator who can inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and excited by change in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Skilled in uncovering pain points and tailoring your message for maximum resonance.
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
• Fluent in French & English.
