What you will do
- Develop and manage a portfolio of over 3000 online partners displaying offers on hirify.global.
- Negotiate commercial deals and special offers with brand partners, developing marketing plans to achieve their strategies.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performances in collaboration with Marketing and Data teams.
- Leverage banking and browsing data analysis to tailor offer proposals and understand market trends.
- Create strong, long-lasting relationships with partners through day-to-day management and regular touchpoints.
- Help partners benefit from hirify.global's features like BNPL, coupons, and price tracking.
- Contribute to hirify.global's international expansion, starting with the US, by leveraging French partnerships.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Paris.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) required.
- 1-3 years of experience in Finance, Consulting, or Startups.
- Graduated from a top-tier business or engineering school.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, independence, and problem-solving skills.
- Keen business sense, analytical skills, and ability to connect with people.
- Proficiency with productivity tools and efficiency in project delivery.
