What you will do
- Lead and coach an APAC-based Digital Sales team to achieve sales targets and drive hirify.global usage.
- Manage the execution of strategies for assigned accounts to ensure high-volume sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and apply a dynamic customer plan detailing critical insights and new business opportunities.
- Own and elevate a transformative customer stakeholder engagement strategy to foster customer trust and brand growth.
- Implement processes and tools to improve the productivity and efficiency of Digital Sales.
- Hire, onboard, and promote amazing talent within the sales team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technology-related sales or a related field (or Bachelor's Degree + 2 years, or Master's Degree + 1 year).
- Ability to coach and lead a strong sales team towards delivering the best experience to customers and driving hirify.global usage.
- Understanding of customer business and ability to engage hirify.global decision makers.
- Experience in managing team performance and executing projects.
- Ability to participate in regular strategic planning for an assigned territory.
Nice to have
- 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or a related field with 1+ year of leadership/team lead experience in a sales organization.
