What you will do
- Develop and implement effective pipeline strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build, lead, and manage a sales team to drive new business opportunities and customer acquisition in South & Eastern Europe.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to leverage internal resources for pipeline growth.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Oversee and refine the sales process, providing hands-on support to team members.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in SaaS or related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the Conversational AI landscape and customer service solutions.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with experience in sales forecasting and performance metrics.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Proficient in two languages from the South & Eastern Europe region, plus English (C1 required).
