What you will do

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from prospective and current residents, clients, and website users.
• Provide detailed information on available apartments, assist with leasing inquiries, and support residents with facility service requests.
• Deliver technical and navigational assistance for web applications related to hirify.global’s products and services.
• Develop expertise in supporting an assigned client group by continuously building product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two (2) years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Internet Explorer.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including appropriate grammar and punctuation.
• Attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Two (2) years of experience in real estate or leasing industry.
• One (1) year of experience in a high-volume call center environment.
• Experience with Real Estate software applications (hirify.global, CTI, MRI, JD Edwards, Skyline, Timberline, Rent Roll, OneSite, AMSI, or Great Plains).
• Knowledge of Federal Fair Housing Laws.
