What you will do
- Initiate communication and follow up on customer tasks with Accounting team for refunds, account adjustments, financial products, new/closing accounts, funds transfers, and report troubleshooting.
- Communicate with Customer Success team on high-priority Greek customer accounts.
- Manage inquiries on merchandise, collections, new member management, billing cycles, and user access.
- Review billing practices, budgetary needs, and rosters to recommend improvements and FDCPA compliance.
- Proactively recommend OmegaFi products/services and maintain knowledge of national organizations' requirements.
- Develop relationships with chapter administrators, assist with questions, field calls, and respond timely to communications.
- Facilitate system training and implementation for officers, educate on services, and assist with new employee training.
Requirements
- Location: Columbus, GA (Hybrid)
- High school diploma
- Customer service experience
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter able to work in team and independently
- High degree of attention to detail
- Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
