What you will do
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers.
- Process service requests like adding/removing vehicles/drivers, lienholder info, and policy documents.
- Answer questions on policy coverages, benefits, and make necessary changes.
- Retain policyholders by finding solutions for at-risk cancellations.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passion for helping others
- Obtain P&C license (company pays, expected within 60 days)
