Salary: $24.62–$33.85 per hour

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agents and brokers to gather information and resolve low-complexity issues.
- Manage underwriting workflow and process business transactions that do not require underwriter sign-off.
- Maintain follow-up systems for outstanding items and ensure all file documentation is accurate and complete.
- Collaborate with team members and business partners to research and complete transactions.
- Apply internal guidelines and service standards to ensure timely and compliant processing.
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities to optimize team efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma required (college degree preferred).
- US Work Authorization is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
