Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in North York, Canada. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process.

Salary: $96,300.00 - $146,150.00 CAD

hirify.global Tax & Accounting is seeking a strategic and tech-savvy Business Process Manager to join their dynamic Marketing Operations team.

What you will do

  • Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and design new processes for improved efficiency and scalability.
  • Introduce and evaluate AI-powered tools to automate and enhance marketing operations.
  • Oversee the global marketing technology stack, ensuring tools are integrated and aligned with business goals.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring service levels and contract compliance.
  • Act as a central point of contact for marketing technology initiatives and foster cross-team collaboration.
  • Drive global standardization while ensuring compliance with regional data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CASL, CCPA).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, business process management, or martech roles.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms (CRM, automation, analytics, CMS, DAM).
  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships and technology contracts.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess tool performance and process efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with global tech stack governance and standardization.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, Adobe Experience Cloud, or similar.
  • Understanding of international data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CASL, CCPA).
  • Experience with AI tools relevant to marketing automation and analytics.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile).
