Solution Sales Specialist UK (Cybersecurity): Driving sales for Identity & Access Management, Identity Governance & Administration, and Endpoint Security solutions across the UK region with an accent on identifying strategic opportunities and aligning technical capabilities to business needs. Focus on developing value-based business cases, managing opportunities from discovery to closure, and fostering cross-functional collaboration with account teams and channel partners.

Location: United Kingdom (up to 30% travel within the assigned region)

What you will do

  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas for Workforce solutions (IAM, IGA, Endpoint Security) in the assigned region.
  • Lead opportunity identification, qualification, and deal progression from discovery to closure.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to expand client relationships, including CISO/CIO and product leadership.
  • Deliver compelling, value-based business cases demonstrating ROI and aligning with customer goals.
  • Partner with Resellers, System Integrators, and Channel Partners to expand market reach and drive enablement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related technology, with mandatory hands-on experience in the IAM and IGA domains.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment in strategic account management or overlay sales.
  • Deep understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Endpoint Security, and cybersecurity best practices, especially within large enterprises.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical value propositions to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Tableau, and methodologies like MEDDPICC.
