What you will do

  • Acquire new Small/Medium business accounts within an assigned territory to meet monthly sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of SMB opportunities through various prospecting methods.
  • Articulate the value proposition of hirify.global's products to customers.
  • Understand buying needs, decision makers, and roadblocks to shorten sales cycles.
  • Strategically offer subscription levels, multi-year deals, and negotiate pricing.
  • Maintain accurate sales records via Salesforce and collaborate with Channel sales.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience selling to Small/Medium sized businesses.
  • Familiarity with the IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry (desirable).
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Stats-driven business professional with strong collaborative skills.
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
