TL;DR

Deal Operations Analyst (Fintech): Supporting the order-to-closed-won process by ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders with an accent on collaboration with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Legal teams. Focus on driving operational efficiency while maintaining accuracy and stakeholder satisfaction.

Location: Livingston, NJ / New York, NY / Philadelphia, PA. Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (3 days per week in-office). Remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration

Salary: $75,000 to $125,000

What you will do

  • Review, draft, and process all order forms ensuring Salesforce data matches the order for accurate downstream billing and accounting.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth order flow for both standard and non-standard deals.
  • Act as a point of contact for sales and commercial accounting team members for questions or issues related to deal structure.
  • Assist in maintaining order management and deal desk documentation.
  • Assist in establishing deal operations efficiency-related metrics.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in deal desk, order management, accounting, revenue operations, billing operations, or a related role in a B2B environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of orders with accuracy.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with CPQ solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Applicant must either be (A) a U.S. person, or (B) eligible to access the export controlled information without a required export authorization, or (C) eligible and reasonably likely to obtain the required export authorization from the applicable U.S. government agency.

Nice to have

  • Experience in CPQ tools and different billing models.
  • Understanding of revenue recognition principles and basic finance concepts.
