What you will do

• Serve as the technical owner for Productivity and Collaboration SaaS platforms, including Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and Slack.
• Lead advanced configuration, administration, and optimization of SaaS environments.
• Own the architecture, administration, security, and ongoing evolution of enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, and data protection through proactive risk identification.
• Drive platform reliability and performance by leading troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.
• Optimize SaaS usage and costs, and lead onboarding and standardization of new SaaS tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS administration or a related IT role.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
• Proven experience with various SaaS applications (e.g., Jira, Confluence, TestRail, Unity, and Slack).
• Superb communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Must be authorized to work in the job posting location (US) for this position on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.
