What you will do

• Serve as the primary engineering contact for assigned customers, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Recommend and approve software installations and upgrades at client sites.
• Develop and implement project plans, coordinating configuration and implementation of gaming systems.
• Provide comprehensive post-implementation support and build detailed after-action reports.
• Monitor system changes, upgrades, and communicate relevant updates to internal teams.
• Maintain interaction with compliance managers and tribal gaming regulators.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Windows client-server architecture and networking.
• Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux servers, encompassing virtualization, troubleshooting, and setup.
• Understanding of relational database server administration and enterprise networking.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in a technical position.
• Required to acquire Tribal Gaming licenses.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cluster servers and SAN environments.
• Technical certifications such as A+, N+, Microsoft, or Cisco.
• Experience with casino environments.
