What you will do

• Lead complex client-vendor relationships and act as a trusted delivery partner to VP and SVP-level stakeholders.
• Translate AI and MarTech initiatives into clear executive narratives, outcomes, and expectations.
• Own end-to-end delivery across program and project management, including planning, governance, dependencies, risk, and execution.
• Orchestrate across engineering, data, MarTech, and AI teams using best-practice delivery.
• Drive fast, measurable value from AI and MarTech initiatives, ensuring outcome-driven programs.

Requirements

• Strong background delivering performance marketing and MarTech programs, including platforms like Adobe and data-driven marketing ecosystems.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled performance marketing, including agentic workflows, LLMs, RAG, and modern data platforms (e.g., Gemini, Vertex).
• Proven ability to drive fast, measurable value from AI and MarTech initiatives.
• Experience partnering with technical teams to apply AI to marketing optimization, experimentation, and decision-making.
• English: B2+ required.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the USA or be eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
